You act as a responsible user of our technology. You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our software. • Harass, abuse, or harm another person via our platforms. • Input sensitive personal data (like financial details) that is not required for the service's function.

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the AI models, voice synthesis, design, and "Airaa" brand) are owned by Whisprtech Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whisprtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cuttack, Odisha.
